Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to support a young client in their home. The successful candidate will have experience working with clients who have tracheostomies and be able to provide high-quality care in a complex care setting.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional person-centred care. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client with their bedtime routine and any clinical intervention required throughout the night.
- Assist with tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeds, and medication administration.
- Provide a fun and engaging experience for the client, promoting their interests and hobbies.
- Advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 6 months professional care experience in the UK, based in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker with clients who have tracheostomies.
- A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
