We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Training Professional to join our team at Voyage Care Group. As a key member of our Learning and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our employees across the organization.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering bespoke training packages that cater to the needs of the business and the individuals we support. This will involve working closely with the Learning and Development Team to develop and implement effective training strategies that meet legislative and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To collaborate with the Learning and Development Team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the business and our service users.
  2. To develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure that training is delivered in line with these requirements.
  3. To work independently and as part of a team to deliver training sessions and develop bespoke training packages.
