We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Training Specialist to join Care Outlook Ltd, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults in maintaining their independence and autonomy.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care training to both existing staff and new starters. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in health and social care training, with a strong background in adult education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients, while also promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in engaging and motivating our staff to deliver outstanding care services. As a Senior Healthcare Training Specialist, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our senior management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of our care services.
