Ecghealthcare is seeking an exceptional Senior Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Phlebotomist - Training and Development, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled phlebotomist to take on a leadership role within our organization. You will be working closely with our junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train junior staff members in venepuncture techniques and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in venepuncture (phlebotomy)
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and can-do approach
