About the Role
This position as a Children's Residential Care Specialist requires an individual who can provide empathetic and supportive care to children and young people with complex needs. The successful candidate will work in a 3-5 bedroom home in Crawley, offering a stable and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Engage with residents in daily activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to share knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform care decisions and evaluate progress.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation to ensure high-quality care.
