As the key figure in delivering training across our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees are trained in line with legislation, contractual agreements, policy and procedure, and individual needs. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver high-quality training programmes that meet the needs of employees at all levels
  • To assess training requirements and design bespoke solutions to address these needs
  • To collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date
  • To evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and results
  • To maintain accurate records of training delivered, including attendance and evaluation data

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Education, Training, or a related field
  • Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to meet diverse learning styles and preferences
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
