About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Integrated Care 24 Ltd. As a Primary Care Practitioner Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients of all ages with minor illnesses. You will work autonomously, taking initiative to deliver effective treatment plans and prescribing medication as needed.
This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who holds a non-medical prescriber qualification (V300 or equivalent) and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care within the Primary Care setting. You will receive a full induction and be supported by a Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with minor illnesses
- Prescribing medication safely and effectively, taking into account treatment plans for a range of medical conditions
- Working autonomously, taking initiative to deliver effective treatment plans

- A competitive salary of £52,000 - £59,000 per annum, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience
