Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead our primary care team at Alliance for Better Care CIC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing complex cases, and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Practice: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for patients presenting with undifferentiated diagnoses, ensuring effective management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, prioritising timely documentation and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Postgraduate diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience.
  • Registered with the NMC as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

£62,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
