Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Management of the care team
  • Staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training
  • Creating and managing customer care plans
  • Ensuring care assessments and care planning meet best practice
  • Managing staff rotas to meet service users' needs
  • Compliance with CQC regulations
