Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Crawley area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
What We Offer:
