We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Lead Learning Disabilities Care Home Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services in the Crawley area.

Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding person-centered care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

About the Role
  • Lead a residential care service providing high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience as a Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities).
  • Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
