Clinical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Tenchley Manor in Selsey. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the registered manager in all aspects of the home's management, including taking temporary or complete charge during their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the registered manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Take temporary or complete charge of the home in the absence of the registered manager
  • Manage and monitor the planning and delivery of care, including medication management
  • Assist with the management of the care and nursing teams, including regular supervisions and appraisals
