Mental Health Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at GatwickIRC, located in the grounds of Gatwick Airport, Crawley, West Sussex.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, offering an annual salary up to £57,603 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will receive a bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course, and have access to a competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and a Learning Management System to address their learning needs.

The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership and management to registered nurses and care teams, deputise for the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required, chair and facilitate healthcare meetings with the team and partners, and deliver workshops to develop the team's learning.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Mental Health qualification
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
  • Existing line management experience and student nurse mentorship
  • Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP, and national standards
