Customer Loyalty Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Loyalty Project Manager to join our team at 3Search. This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of 3-6 months, working on a day rate and outside IR35.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key loyalty projects, reporting directly to the Loyalty Operations Manager within the Loyalty team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end testing for all upcoming loyalty initiatives, ensuring accurate implementation and providing feedback on defects to the IT team.
  • Supporting business change efforts by collaborating with Internal Communications to effectively convey updates.
  • Documenting new loyalty processes for easy reference and clarity.
  • Managing the year-end loyalty process, serving as the main liaison with IT to ensure accurate calculation of member tiers and benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical experience and knowledge of migration projects to drive success in customer loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on technical experience and knowledge of retail or loyalty schemes. Experience with Emarsys is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
