Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual to join our finance department as a finance administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of finance administration, including processing purchase ledger invoices, sales ledger invoices, cash transactions, and filing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to achieve departmental goals
  • Perform other ad-hoc finance administration duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need recent and relevant finance or accounts administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a highly organized approach. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be desirable.
