**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial transactions, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
* Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
