We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Attenborough Surgery. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high-quality patient care
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to practice policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and professional development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Customer Service experience
  • Call centre experience
  • General computer skills
  • Medical Office Coordinator and EMIS Web experience is an advantage but not essential

Training and Shifts:

  • We offer part-time and full-time positions
  • We require a commitment to a full 2-week training plan
