- Directs patients to the appropriate healthcare professional or service
- Manages patient flow and wait times
- Administrative Support
- Processes patient registrations and updates
- Manages patient records and confidential information
- Assists with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provides exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Responds to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicates effectively with healthcare professionals and other staff members
- Other Duties
- Performs other administrative tasks as required
- Assists with special projects and initiatives
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Medical office experience an asset
