Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager or Executive looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team at The Portfolio Group, where you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth and success in the defence and aerospace industry.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Defence and Aerospace, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity. You'll need to accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline, and have the ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, board of directors, and HR managers.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 in your first year, with an OTE of £110,000 and top earners up to £150k+
  • A car allowance of up to £5k or a company car, currently Tesla's or other exciting electric/hybrid cars
