About the Role: Teach360 is seeking a motivated and experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour.

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to students, developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, and assisting teachers in creating and implementing individualised learning plans. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our school's policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
