We are seeking an exceptional Neighbourhood Services Coordinator to join our team at Karter Thomas Ltd. This is a temporary position for 4-5 months, working on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality neighbourhood management services to our tenants and leaseholders, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues efficiently.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and leaseholders, responding to their queries and concerns.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to deliver new development projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records on housing management systems to ensure seamless case management.
  4. Work closely with the service charge team to validate service charge budgets, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  5. Investigate and resolve stage 1 complaints and member enquiries in a fair and transparent manner.
  6. Conduct regular fire risk assessment visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Perform other housing management tasks, including estate inspections and parking enforcement.
About the Opportunity
