About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Regional Manager. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Supported Living Managers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

As Regional Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Support and Inclusion to develop and implement strategies to achieve our organisational goals. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Supported Living Managers to deliver high-quality support services
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Monitor progress, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who can effectively manage teams, monitor progress, and identify trends. You should be proficient in using IT/Database systems to gather, analyse, and report information.

You should also demonstrate a caring and professional ethos and be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have the passion and creativity to drive change and move the business forward.
