About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to lead our team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

As an Area Director, you will be responsible for leading a group of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver the highest quality of care and best return for investors.

You will work closely with support colleagues to facilitate delivery of your SLA and ensure the delivery of targets in your Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a group of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Supporting and developing Home Managers to develop a high-performing team
  • Working with support colleagues to facilitate delivery of your SLA
  • Developing HC-One's reputation with commissioners and external professionals
  • Working with Senior Home Managers to mentor new Home Managers and support existing Home Managers
  • Recognising indicators of poor performance or poor quality and acting quickly to remedy
  • Working systematically with Home Managers and project managers to develop and deliver each Home's business plan
