Job Summary

As an Area Director at HC-One, you will lead a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver exceptional care and services to residents. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a high-performing team that achieves excellent standards in every home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Support and develop Home Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to lead their teams effectively.
  • Work with support colleagues to facilitate the delivery of SLAs and ensure the achievement of targets in your area.
  • Develop HC-One's reputation with commissioners and external professionals to ensure our homes are the number one choice in their communities.
  • Mentor and support new Home Managers and existing Home Managers to deliver best practices.
  • Recognize indicators of poor performance or quality and take swift action to remedy.
  • Work with Home Managers and project managers to develop and deliver each home's business plan.
