We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Director to lead our team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As an Area Director, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion, and ensuring that our homes are the number one choice in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement in our homes.
- Work closely with support colleagues to ensure the delivery of our SLA and targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners and external professionals to promote our homes and services.
- Support and develop Home Managers to achieve excellent standards in every home.
