We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to join our team at HC-One. As an Area Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to achieve excellent standards in care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement in our care homes.
- Work closely with support colleagues to ensure the delivery of targets and SLAs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners and external professionals to promote our care homes as the number one choice in their communities.
- Support and develop Home Managers to achieve their full potential and deliver best practice.
- Identify and address any indicators of poor performance or quality and take corrective action.
