We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to lead our team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of care and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of care and services.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and mission.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, external professionals, and community partners.
