Nursery Assistant

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join their outstanding Nursery in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to work in a supportive and appreciative team, promoting the growth and development of children aged 3 months to 5 years.
The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children, sensitivity, and patience. They will have CACHE Level 2/3 and good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The ideal candidate will also have enhanced DBS on the update service and eligibility to work in the UK.
The Nursery provides a stimulating learning environment with a strong emphasis on daily outdoor exploration. They prioritize the professional development of their staff with exceptional training opportunities. The responsibilities of the role include assisting the teacher in delivering lessons and caring for the children, creating engaging activities, and understanding and applying the EYFS framework.
