About the Role:

As a Host/Hostess at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Your focus will be on preparing and serving trollies, cleaning satellite kitchens, laying tables, and assisting with order taking and meal service.

Key Responsibilities:

Support residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining
Assist with the dining service and support residents with their meals as directed, including those who choose to adopt 'cutler-free dining'
Ensure dining tables are set in accordance with standard operating procedures
Display menus and ensure they reflect the meal choices for the day

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have:

A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene
Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel
A positive attitude towards residents
Compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents
