We're seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Herne Bay location. As a leader in your field, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align business objectives and achieve company-wide targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, recognizing employee achievements, and providing constructive feedback to drive performance improvement.

Requirements
