Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lead to join our team in a residential children's home setting.
As a Senior Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team, planning and implementing daily activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
About You:
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with young people in a residential setting
- Experience working with young people with Emotional Behaviour Disorder (EBD)
- A supportive nature towards young people and staff
- An uncompromising stance against poor practices
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work with and manage a team
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Counselling skills or training
- Recruitment experience
- Secondary education with a good standard of literacy and numeracy
About the Role:
- Manage a team and ensure young people receive high-quality care and support
- Deputise for the Registered Manager and provide leadership and guidance to staff
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Make a real difference to the lives of young people
