Senior Healthcare Coordinator

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and respect for residents' dignity.
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care reviews, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of clinical care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and relevant experience in a care setting.
Our Benefits:- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
