Care Leadership Assistant

Contract Details:Full-time, 38.5 hours per week
Job Description:We're looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating shifts, leading by example, and ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to our residents.
You'll work closely with our care team to create a warm and supportive environment, prioritizing the dignity and independence of our residents. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
A key aspect of this role is medication management, where you'll oversee the ordering, administration, and documentation of medication, maintaining accurate records. You'll also contribute to staff meetings, training, and e-learning, taking responsibility for your own growth and development.
