About Our Care Home:Our premium care home offers accommodation for 68-residents in the coastal town of Fife, Scotland. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding levels of Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care, with a focus on person-centred care.
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for coordinating shifts, leading by example, and ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to our residents.
You'll work closely with our care team to create a warm and supportive environment, prioritizing the dignity and independence of our residents. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. You'll also be responsible for medication management, staff supervision, and contributing to staff meetings and training sessions.
