We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also supporting the clinical team in specific areas.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews
  • Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants

Qualifications and Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
