About Us:
Pitreavie Castle Care Home is a state-of-the-art care home located in Dunfermline, offering a range of care services including residential, dementia, nursing, respite, palliative, and end-of-life care for up to 84 residents. Our modern facility provides a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents to live their best lives.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, leading and guiding junior staff members, and acting as a role model in delivering care based on best practice. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents
* Lead and guide junior staff members in delivering care based on best practice
* Act as a role model in demonstrating excellence in care delivery
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum (£19-£22.50 per hour)

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
* Experience in a care home setting caring for older people

Working Hours:
* 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts
* Weekend availability required
NMC Registration:
Valid NMC registration is essential for this role.
