Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and organized Nursing Assistant to support our team at NHS National Services Scotland.

This part-time opportunity requires working 5 days a week with 30 hours per week, including rotation to night duty when necessary.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

A strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices is essential for this role. While experience within a healthcare environment is desirable, it is not mandatory for this position.

Applicants should possess SVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications. Mandatory training will be provided for the successful candidate.

As a Nursing Assistant with us, you will have access to opportunities for professional development and growth, including undertaking an SVQ2 or SVQ3 in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • SVP Level 2 or equivalent qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including night duty
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Estimated Salary:

£22,841 - £25,757 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
