The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews
- Ensuring that residents receive person-centred care and support
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
