We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of automotive equipment to our established customer base of automotive motor factors and distributors across the southeast of England.
Key Responsibilities- Sell automotive equipment, with a focus on battery charging and welding machines, to our customers in the southeast of England.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including branch managers and sales teams.
- Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
- 4 days per week will be spent in the field visiting customers, with the other days working from home to complete admin and plan for the following week.
- Must have field sales experience, selling to any kind of trade distribution channel, such as builders merchants, electric wholesalers.
- OR currently selling for a car parts distributor / motor factor.
- Driving licence.
- £38,000 - £40,000 base salary, plus £8k - £12k commission, uncapped, paid monthly.
- Tesla Y company car.
- £1,000 towards home car charging point installation.
- 5% company pension contribution and healthcare cash plan.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
