Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Coburg Banks Technical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and sales targets across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area targets and drive growth through promotional activities and new account openings.
- Maintain regular contact with the base, including remote selling, direct selling, field visits, merchandising, and training.
- Focus on structured cold calling to achieve growth and sales targets through all merchant accounts.
- Respond to sales enquiries and identify new business opportunities, targeting installers, showrooms, specifiers, architects, builders, and end users.
- Previous sales experience, ideally face-to-face.
- Some experience of selling into either bathroom or kitchen showrooms or an associated market place.
- A flexible but tenacious sales-led approach, self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Effective planning and organising skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues and resolve them.
- IT literacy.
- Full UK driving license.
