Area Sales Manager

Barco Sales Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the South Central UK region.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow sales with newly established customers and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Work closely with the office-based sales team to fulfill customer sales and enquiries.
- Accurately record all customer data on our internal CRM system.
- Monitor and feedback on competitor activity to ensure we stay ahead in the market.
- Plan routes for the most advantageous area coverage to maximize sales routes.
- At least 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in the plumbing, heating, or associated sectors.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills, with proficiency in analyzing sales and customer data.
- High level of self-motivation and organization, with the ability to work remotely.
- Strong team player, recognized for going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Competitive salary from £45,000, negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus.
