About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Barco Sales Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the South Central UK region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow sales with newly established customers and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with the office-based sales team to fulfill customer sales and enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Accurately record all customer data on our internal CRM system and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Plan routes for the most advantageous area coverage and attend monthly sales meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in the plumbing, heating, or associated sectors.
  • Proven ability to work towards personal and company KPIs, with a commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in analysing sales and customer data, with excellent IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
