Agriculture Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing sales strategies across the agricultural sector. This will involve building relationships with partners and prospects, developing merchant branches and kitchen/bathroom showrooms, and responding to sales enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountability for area targets and driving growth through promotional activities and new account openings.
- Maintaining regular contact with the base, including remote selling, direct selling, field visits, merchandising, and training.
- Focusing on structured cold calling to achieve growth and sales targets through all merchant accounts.
- Responding to sales enquiries and finding new business opportunities, targeting installers, showrooms, specifiers, architects, builders, and end users.
- Previous sales experience, ideally face-to-face.
- Some experience of selling into either bathroom or kitchen showrooms or an associated marketplace.
- A flexible but tenacious sales-led approach, self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Effective planning and organizing skills with attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.
