We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Integra Outsourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roof building materials to national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations, and roofing contractors across the South Central and South West area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roof building materials to national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations, and roofing contractors.
- Track and win projects with national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations, and roofing contractors.
- Develop relationships with a network of merchants that your projects will be back-sold through.
- Account manage, develop, and win business from a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as prospect and win new business opportunities.
- Utilize a CRM, lead generation software, and colleagues in other divisions to piggyback and share leads with.
Requirements:
- Field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling.
- Experience working within the construction industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
- Ability to develop existing relationships and identify and win new business opportunities.
- First-class presentation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of customers and stakeholders.
