Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors
Job Overview: Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling to the trade via various channels, including installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
- Generating new business and managing existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in the fenestration sector.
- Strong understanding of the trade sales process and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driven, target-focused, and analytical thinker.
