About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Merchant Manager to join our team at HSS Hire Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and providing expert assistance with their hire needs.

With a strong focus on customer service and sales growth, you will be expected to consistently meet and exceed performance targets, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for promoting the branch and increasing trade sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Promote the branch to increase trade sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.
