Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team at Hales Group. As a key member of our Project Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing data to inform project decisions.
  • Optimizing system potential to deliver digital enhancements.
  • Preparing project plans, monitoring progress, and identifying exceptions.
  • Providing financial, management, and performance information to the senior team.
  • Producing clear, concise reports and process diagrams to define and streamline delivery.
  • Creating and updating project plans to facilitate project delivery.
  • Organizing and recording project meetings to facilitate communication and project delivery.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction reviews of projects.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external staff.
  • Delivering prompt and accurate financial support in raising orders and authorizing payment of invoices.
  • Monitoring and preparing updates for the website and other communications channels.
Requirements
  • Experience in report production and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of office systems and financial accounting systems.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and data management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
