The daily tasks involved in this role include:

  • Preparing meals
  • Cleaning and maintaining living areas
  • Administering medication
  • Managing personal finances
  • Accompanying individuals to community activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
About the Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 months' experience working in a residential setting supporting people with learning disabilities. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being empathetic and patient.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
