Support and Care Assistant

We are seeking Care Assistants to join our team in Lowestoft, working closely with our clients to provide exceptional care and support. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that prioritize the well-being and dignity of service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to service users, adhering to their individual care plans.
- Create a safe and respectful environment, promoting independence and motivation in service users.
- Develop effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Requirements:
- UK experience as a care or support worker is essential
- Reliable and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days and nights
- Desirable but not essential: online DBS and transport
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (Bank holidays paid at an enhanced rate)
