About the Role

Rota Support Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to fill ad-hoc shifts in our residential settings. This opportunity will appeal to individuals who enjoy flexible work arrangements and are willing to provide support to clients with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support clients in accessing community facilities and managing their finances
  • Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 months' experience in a residential setting supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Good understanding of spoken and written English
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively in a team
